Franciso Carlin was introduced in episode 1 of Road to Fame. Fran is the land owner of the Del Sol Valley Starter that Phoenix Villareal and Summer Callery Aiken. Summer an Phoenix both had a crush on him but Phoenix's was more serious for the reason that she has never really liked anyone before. Summer and Francisco both WooHooed at one point but the two broke up a little later in the year. Phoenix and Fran had a chance. It is un-known if they ever really dated or not.
